Moon Pits are built with ¼” steel plate and CNC plasma cutouts, carefully placed, so that they do not leave thin areas like other fire pits. There are several holes cut in the bottom of the Moon Pit for drainage and easy cleaning. The ashes discharge out of the base onto the ground thru the multiple holes.

Instead of spending most of your time feeding wood into a small firepit, you can load any size Moon Pit up with wood and it will burn for hours.
